We are thrilled to be collaborating with Mark Hix, one of the country’s leading chefs, on a number of projects. Having worked as head chef at Le Caprice and The Ivy, Mark Hix opened the much anticipated restaurant ‘Hix Oyster and Chop House’ in London’s Smithfield in 2008. We have created with Mark a range of delicious dressings, which are on sale at Selfridges and other leading retailers. We are currently working with him on a range of English chutneys to include Mark Hix’s Piccalilli and Dorset cider and caramelised red onion chutney.
