We’re passionate about the ingredients that go into all our recipes and diligent in sourcing only the best produce. Whether it’s Italian basil or cranberries from New England, we have tight parameters about what is acceptable in all our food production and expect all our suppliers to provide consistent quality based on our stringent criteria for flavour and freshness. You expect the best from us, after all, and we have the same exacting standards for all our suppliers. It is essential to our business and to your business too.

Quality You Can Trust

It is vital for us to be able to trace ingredients back to source. Each product that arrives on site is given a unique tracking code, so we can monitor where every last ingredient that goes into a recipe is sourced from and when it was produced.

    Consistency is essential too. We will buy a whole crop of tomatoes at the beginning of a season, for instance, to ensure the same flavour is available to our customers throughout the year. And should standards drop – an Extra Virgin olive oil that suddenly has a bitter, bruised olive taste – it will be rejected and a new supplier sought.

    We have built our reputation on the high quality of meal accompaniments we can deliver and working with favoured suppliers that we trust is an essential element in our recipe for continued success!
